Insurance Certificate Request
If your building’s management requires a certificate of insurance, please provide us with the contact information of the person who is dealing with it in the management and we will contact them and send it over.
You can also fill in the form below. Fill in the parties to be insured as well as their addresses. If we worked in your building before, we probably have this information on file, so it is not necessary for you to provide it.
We usually send the Insurance Certificate to the management company about a week before the installation date.
