Ordering Instructions

To get a quote:

Fill out the Quote Form.

To Order

1. Fill out the order form. If you already filled a quote form, just let us know your name and address and desired installation date.
2. Fax or e-mail us a floor-plan (a rough sketch is ok - just mark where you want the wall and the door). Here's a sample. If you wish, you can even order and reserve your installation date before you send us the floor plan.
3. Permission from your landlord / management is needed. Also, let them know when we are coming and that we will need to use the service elevator (if applicable).
4. Measurements - we need to know the ceiling height and wall length.

Contract Terms

• Walls are leased for a period of up to three years. Contracts can be extended for another three years if needed. A fee of $150 will apply to extended contracts.
• A security deposit of $100 is required, which will be refunded to you upon removal and inspection of the wall, as long as the wall remained in good condition. Normal wear and tear is fine.
• Removal can be done at any time during the contract length with thirty days notice.
